Job Description
Provide non-invasive cosmetic treatments to patients, including administering injectables like Botox and dermal fillers, assessing skin concerns, educating patients on aftercare, and collaborating with medical professionals, all while maintaining a high standard of patient care and staying updated on the latest aesthetic procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Patient consultations:
Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
Injectable administration:
Performing injections of neurotoxins (Botox) and dermal fillers to address wrinkles, facial contours, and other aesthetic concerns.
Skin assessments:
Evaluating patients' skin health, identifying concerns like sun damage, acne, and hyperpigmentation.
Treatment procedures:
Performing other non-invasive aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, laser therapy, microdermabrasion, and light therapy.
Pre- and post-treatment care:
Providing detailed instructions on pre- and post-treatment care, including skincare routines and potential side effects.
Patient education:
Educating patients about different aesthetic treatment options, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations.
Medical history review:
Thoroughly reviewing patient medical histories to ensure suitability for aesthetic procedures and identify potential complications.
Sterilization and safety protocols:
Maintaining a clean and sterile treatment environment, following proper infection control procedures.
Documentation:
Accurately documenting treatment details, patient progress, and any adverse reactions.
Collaboration with physicians:
Working closely with dermatologists or plastic surgeons to ensure optimal patient care.
