We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, particularly in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.

Job Details

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the NYS bar in.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Proven track record of successfully handling litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
