Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of targeted marketing campaigns supporting Pharmacy, Balance Rewards, Photo and Front of Store across multiple channels (direct mail, email, text and outbound telemarketing); managing executional elements and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery of marketing campaigns using IBM’s Campaign (i.e. Unica Campaign) application and supporting toolset. Responsible for delivering data driven multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing them through the campaign development process. Will create simple to moderate targeting logic using a variety of data sources for a wide range of business initiatives to create final campaign files and deliver to vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designs, Builds, and Executes promotional marketing campaigns to specifications within SLA timeframes.
• Reviews campaign requests and validates requirements prior to execution.
• Ensures appropriate metadata is captured at the time of execution to support reporting and post campaign analysis.
• Collaborates with the Campaign Run Ops Team and Teradata Teams as needed to support optimized campaign execution and automation.
• Engages with internal Team Leads and Marketing Managers to support and understand campaign requirements, timing of execution and turnover.
