Hours Per Week: 40 Hours plus services (35 Tuesday-Sat, 5 Sun)
Summary of Position:
The Campus Director is responsible to provide visionary leadership and oversight to Faith Family Church Campus. The CD provides a vital role in creating a life-giving culture at FFC through helping people Know God, Find Freedom, Discover their Purpose, and Make a Difference. CDs will also serve as a primary communicator and responsible to provide Pastoral Care as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weekend Service Experience:
- Create great adult weekend experiences, services, and events
- Conduct service planning with the Central Creative Team.
- Host services.
- Receive the offering:
- Collect data/anecdotal life change stories to share as an encouragement to give.
- Guest connection:
- Actively engage with people in the lobby before and after services and events.
- Remember names & details about people's lives.
- Evaluate environments:
- Ensure quality control over all ministry functions (observer).
- Lead/pop in to ministry team meetings (pre and post service).
- Reinforce culture:
- That can happen with stories/testimonies, video, and adding personal stories so they KNOW their pastor. They must feel like we are approachable so the more we share about ourselves as it relates to the overall story of our church family than it makes it easier for them to approach us before/after the service or during the week.
- Create a process to capture the following things:
- Tasks
- Coaching thoughts for your team
- Names of people who you plan to pursue
- Names for your monthly Thank you notes list.
- Follow up on details
- Chief Purpose Officer:
- Lead and develop all staff and dream team to develop strategy to move attendees and members through Next Steps/Leadership Academy
- Move people from the Community to the Crowd to the Core
- Primary Undershepherd:
- Engage with large groups of attenders and members very quickly, relating to each individually and extending care and love.
- Engage relationally by meeting new people, memorizing names, making connections, and constantly developing relational credibility.
- Dream Team:
- Responsible for gathering dream teamers and equipping them for ministry in the church through NS and Leadership Academy.
- Recognize talents and gifts and call those out in people (develop those talents and gifts).
- Lead, encourage, and develop multiple large groups of dream teamers through one-on-one interactions and large group interactions.
- Focus on high level leadership recruitment.
- Leadership of Campus Staff, Ministries and Outreach:
- Responsible for all Campus staff and their development.
- Initiate and determine pace of rolling out programs and ministries
- Oversight of weekend worship services and weekend programs.
- Develop strategy for reaching the community through Serve Saturday Projects and Serve Day.
- Develop DT leaders and build teams for ministry.
- Build community through connection events, social media, and more
- Build Small Group culture.
- Campus communication
- Work with the CFO to execute the campus budget.

- Preaching when asked by Lead Pastor
- Class Systems: Next Steps/Leadership Academy
- Pastoral Care and Connection:
- Responsible for giving pastoral care / counseling to those in need as directed.
- Perform weddings and funerals as needed.
- Care for FFC families and fulfill proper reporting requirements.
- Create the on-call rotation.
- Help church family members connect to Small Groups and Dream Team.
- Make assigned contacts in a timely manner through the church database (CCB).
- Establish a high touch environment in your area of leadership.
- Events and Conferences: All special events and conferences are designed to help people connect to small groups. The Campus Pastor is responsible to work alongside the central campus to provide leadership and campus engagement for all events.
