Position Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with CareerLINK Staffing, you will provide essential support to healthcare teams by assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We are looking for a compassionate individual who excels in patient care and thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist with medical procedures and administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Proven experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role.
• Strong knowledge of patient care and medical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.50/hour.
