Entry Level Network / Software Support Computer Technician (Groveport) Overview: Excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Network/Support technician looking to work with a team responsible for supporting its organization's vision - FARO Logistics Solutions, Inc. is an innovative leader in warehousing and 3PL supply chain support services across the country. We have an immediate need of an Entry Level Network / Software support person in Groveport/ Columbus area. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person. While at the shop, the tech will be dealing with computer-related repairs such as hardware and software troubleshooting, remote sessions with businesses to help our clients. Our team also helps customers find the right technology solutions for all their needs. While on site, the technician will do everything possible to resolve issues in customers' business. Ideal candidate would possess: Passion for working within a small business and fast paced environment. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Working directly with our clients with support issues Use ticketing system to manage our clients, status' or repairs-in-progress Cleanup software, virus removal, data back up and hardware troubleshooting Qualifications: Knowledge of networks (Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, VLAN, VPN, and RDP) Well-versed in Windows Some Experience in Server Management, Active Directory and GPO's. Experienced in software (OS Config, reloads, Viruses, Drivers, Apps, and Updates) Required experience:

• Microsoft Server Environments specifically Active Directory: 1 year
• Windows Operating Systems
• Some SQL experience
• Computer Repair: 1 year
• Help Desk

Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a current valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment screening 2 Year Associate degree is a plus Certifications are a plus Education: • Associate (Preferred) This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
