Data Management Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Data Management Analyst  team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA– HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Develop and maintain data management systems, databases and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and provide insights for decision-making and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
• Collect, process and analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Experience with SQL, Python and other data tools to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
• Data modelling, administration, and visualization.
• Assist in data migration, integration and transformation projects.
• Maintain documentation for data processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Support data governance initiatives by enforcing policies security and compliance measures.
• Assist in process automation and optimization for improved data delivery efficiency.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of degree is preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and data warehousing.
• Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
