The Role

A Data Scientist opportunity for someone who has been client facing within the pharmaceutical industry with a deep understanding in this space

• Work closely with pharmaceutical clients to solve complex business challenges using data & analytics
• Develop data driven solutions across commercial, clinical trials and medical domains
• Apply predictive analytics and broader analytical techniques to generate actionable insights
• Conduct descriptive and geospatial analytics to inform decision-making
• Work on commercial analytics, leveraging real-world data to address market and revenue generation challenges
• Solve critical healthcare questions such as why people do not seek care and conduct patient journey analysis using human-centred data approaches
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and R&D, to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• Support business development opportunities through consulting, data analysis, and presentation development
• Effectively communicate insights through data visualization, storytelling, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in data science with a strong emphasis on pharma analytics
• Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Strong background in predictive modelling, regression analysis, and statistical techniques
• Expertise in Python, R and statistical analysis
• Ability to interpret and model real-world healthcare data, with a focus on human behaviour
• Experience in commercial analytics within clinical trials, medical, or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Master's degree required; PhD is a plus
• Full right to work in the US
