Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who can help us execute marketing strategies to drive growth for the business.

 

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. They will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of marketing channels, support digital campaigns, and execute growth initiatives to drive more leads, increase traffic, and optimize conversion, retention, and engagement rates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both data and creative assets, combining both quantitative and qualitative thinking, to continuously evaluate and optimize growth strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage day-to-day operations and report on key metrics of digital marketing channels, including:
  • Google Ads (PPC), Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, CTV/OTT, SEO, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Manage on-going testing within established channels to improve performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships to develop creative assets.
  • Manage strategies to improve and broaden online reputation on relevant review platforms.
  • Support initiatives to grow and increase engagement on owned marketing channels.
  • Work with team to develop marketing calendar and support execution of promotions and brand campaigns across channels. 

Background and Experience:

 

  • Minimum 7+ years digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise with digital tools, including but not limited to:
  • Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Zapier, Canva, SEMRush, Yoast, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing digital channels, including but not limited to:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Advertising, Wordpress.
  • Experience working with data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and develop reports.
