Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Part Time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for staying ahead of trends, and the ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and ads, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer segmentation.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize content and improve SEO rankings.
  • Design and oversee PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized content for digital platforms.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • + 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Background in the staffing industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs.

Benefits:
