Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Empower Lives with Community Access Services
Location : Milwaukie, OR 
Job Type: Part-Time; Monday + Friday 6:30a-8:30a, Tuesday + Friday 7:30p-9p
Pay: $21-22 per hour + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Now hiring compassionate individuals for full-time and part-time DSP positions.

What You’ll Do as a DSP

• Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living, personal care, and household tasks.
• Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Administer medications (training provided) and document health and behavioral updates accurately.
• Foster a safe and respectful environment in both home and community settings.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and external providers to deliver person-centered care.
• Participate in team meetings, professional training, and ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience in caregiving or social work is a plus but not required – we provide training!
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals ready to advocate for people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to drive for the company.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks.
