The Director, HRIS & Benefits will lead critical human capital systems and benefits strategy for a 2,000+ employee, multi-state workforce. This role oversees the optimization of UKG systems, benefits administration, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Director will play a key role in aligning technology and people strategies with business goals.
