Engineering Recruiter (Hardware and Software openings)
Bellevue, WA (onsite 5x/week)
Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network. Our mission is to provide fast, affordable connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Our network has the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Project Kuiper will serve organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
Engineering Recruiters in this space will work with candidates from initial outreach through to final interview, if a candidate is to receive an offer for FTE employment the Sourcing Recruiter will then transition the candidate to a Closing Recruiter.
Required Skills
-1-5 years’ experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (hardware or software) in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
Desired Skills
-Experience utilizing Beamery, Hirtual, iCIMS
-Experience sourcing or recruiting for large tech companies such as: Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or aerospace companies such as: Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
