Job Description

Ludeon Studios, an independent video game studio, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal/Executive Assistant to support the founder/creative director. The ideal candidate is available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. This role involves managing the executive’s schedule, handling personal errands, and assisting with operations and marketing projects for a fully remote game studio. It offers room to grow into a broader role over time in games business, marketing, or development. The desired start date is mid-March 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
  • Handle personal tasks, reservations, errands, groceries, coordinating cleaners, booking travel, phone calls with trade workers, etc.
  • Assist with miscellaneous operations and marketing tasks for the game studio
  • Organize meetings on behalf of the director and facilitate events
  • Manage the company’s applications inbox, reviewing and sorting incoming job applications
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion

Requirements:

  • Work in-person 11am-3pm, M–F (Hours may be adjusted)
  • Based in NYC and available to work in Manhattan
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Book smart, street smart
  • Interest in gaming is a plus but not required
