Join our client’s team as an Executive Assistant , where you'll play a pivotal role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling critical communications. Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

  • Schedule meetings (includes need for proficiency with polls for scheduling)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and assist with follow-up communications.
  • Support annual Bloomberg American Health Initiative Summit meeting organizing and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
  • Search and download articles from the Library.
  • Assist with PowerPoint slide and presentation development for regional, national, and international conferences, steering committee meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist with drafting correspondence and formatting manuscripts, presentations and reports.
  • Ensure the completion of key deliverables are on time for assigned projects.
  • May include working directly with Bloomberg American Health Initiative fellows and sponsoring organizations and strategic planning.
  • Ability to act proactively and independently, exercise good judgment, and think
    creatively to accomplish complex projects.
  • Must be able to perform duties without direct supervision or guidance on a regular basis
  • Work on special projects and other assignments, as needed.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • Bachelor's Degree or HSD with equivalent years of experience
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software, zoom, scheduling software, power point etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Additional related experience may substitute for required education and additional related education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the equivalency formula.
  • Must have proven aptitude with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with colleagues at all operational levels.
