Serpentini Chevrolet is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior management. They will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and performing data entry. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Executive Assistant will also assist with other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. A proactive and adaptable mindset is essential for success in this role.

This position can potentially be remote IF the right candidate comes along. Will discuss with those candidates as needed. 

Estimated 30-40 hours per week - Availability by phone and email in the evenings and weekends may be required on occasion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize reports for management. Daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements.
• Manage executive calendars and prioritize appointments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Must have Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and outlook.
• Comfortable with various other computer programs that will need navigated

• Financial statement knowledge
