About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to lead its FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement functions. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CFO and other senior leaders, driving the financial planning, consolidation, and analysis processes across global operations. This role is pivotal in setting and tracking company targets, owning the annual planning process, and performing ad-hoc analyses to support business strategy and efficiency. The Executive Director will also be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to executive management, investors, and the Board of Directors, as well as overseeing the organization's Procurement team. Applicants must have a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive finance experience. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics are also preferred. The role requires superior analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with public company reporting, and knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with a proven ability to lead a team of finance professionals, and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with a cross-functional audience.
