We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our remote team. This is a full-time or part-time, employee-based position, offering a flexible work schedule with 20-40 hours per week. You'll work remotely, from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable Wi-Fi.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and projects across various industries. Your role will combine the responsibilities of both an executive assistant and project manager, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
Project Coordination: Lead various projects, including marketing systems, website updates, managing third-party platforms, creating content, and overseeing social media accounts.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for customer experience, ensuring clients receive timely and effective service.
Reporting: Create and share daily and weekly reports with clients, providing updates on progress and key metrics.
Time Tracking: Accurately track and report time spent on various tasks, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Meetings: Attend and contribute to regular team and strategy meetings, while also leading client meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or project management position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and project management software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A home office setup with a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace.
