Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Family Law Attorney position will have the following qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with a particular focus on child custody, domestic abuse, child support, annulment, matrimony, and matrimonial law.
Current license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
Proven track record of successfully representing clients in family law cases.
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear, concise manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to dealing with clients who may be going through a difficult time in their lives.
Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
