Job Details We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic medical team. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions for patients of all ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
- Provide preventative care, health education, and counseling to patients and their families
- Document patient care in electronic medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain clinical competency and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advances
Qualifications:
- Medical doctor degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Active Indiana medical license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
