About the Company and Role

An Innovative Garage Improvement company is looking for a Field Supervisor in Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, you will oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising construction activities and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

Pay range and compensation package

$70-100K potential, including base pay and commissions

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to develop project schedules
• Assist with inventory management
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly
• Manage labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours
• Utilize CRM software tools for documentation management and project tracking
• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment on-site, including vehicle fleet

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes
• Familiarity with budgeting practices related to construction projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors
• Knowledge of project scheduling techniques to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety protocols
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
