Our model provides an exceptional level of care; and we look to add a Dental Assistant to our Houston team.Position Overview:This role will support the integration of specialty services into independent general and pediatric dental offices. The Dental Assistant serves to support and provide on-site training to enhance office efficiency and workflow in preparation for specialty production days. Primary Responsibilities:+ Serve as an Orthodontic assistant to support reties, bondings and aligners+ Implement changes and provide education and feedback to providers, departments and offices in relation to denials that impact revenue+ Demonstrate exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff and specialists+ Corresponding with patients, if requested, that have any questions about treatmentQualifications:+ Experience with orthodontic assisting required+ Comfortable with presenting dental information to patients+ Licensed RDA Complete Specialty Solutions
