Job Summary:
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Good Evans Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Certification in food safety is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to plan menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Address any issues or concerns that arise in the kitchen promptly
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
