Job Title : Healthcare IT Project Manager

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare IT projects, including EHR/EMR system upgrades and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and FHIR.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments while ensuring successful implementation.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and security measures to protect patient information.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

• Experience in IT project management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with HIPAA-compliant IT solutions and security best practices.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in healthcare.
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• Background in cybersecurity frameworks for healthcare IT.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
