Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top talent for healthcare positions, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Ensure recruiting goals and KPIs are met, while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and report on team performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay updated on healthcare staffing trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving workforce needs and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years in a Recruiting Manager role, preferably within staffing or recruitment agencies.
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing, including recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and industry standards, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Experienced in the use of state of the art talent acquisition tools (AI and machine learning) and their effective application in healthcare.
- Proven track record in growing a healthcare staffing practice with a record of client retention.
- A subject matter expert in healthcare candidate sourcing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies to achieve recruitment goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
