Overview Your Home Improvement Company - Home Services Promoter Join the Home Services Division of a National Retailer as a Promoter. Enjoy unlimited earning potential based on the leads you generate, with an average expected income of $25/hr+, depending on your performance. We're actively scheduling initial interviews for this entry-level role, offering significant opportunities for advancement. We're seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to engage customers, answer questions, and collect contact information related to home improvement projects. This position is perfect for those who value a flexible schedule, offering 15-30 hours per week with excellent income potential. Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Requirements: • Dependable transportation, professional appearance, and a clean background.• Promote a specific Home Services program within large home improvement retail stores.• Collaborate with the Program Manager to generate quality leads and increase program awareness instore.• Attend store events, home shows, and other lead generation events as scheduled.• Meet or exceed productivity goals by generating quality leads that result in confirmed appointments.• Approach customers, introduce them to Home Services programs, pre-qualify them, and provide accurate product information.• Maintain positive working relationships with store associates and management. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and process oriented
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus. Physical Requirements: • Ability to be on your feet while walking through retail stores.
