Job Description

About the Role: As a Hospitality Associate in our Airport Lounge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the face of our lounge, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience while waiting for their flights. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a customer service role Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of food and beverage service Experience handling cash and credit card transactions Ability to speak multiple languages Responsibilities: Greet guests as they enter the lounge and assist with any questions or concerns they may have Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all items are fresh and of high quality Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge, including restocking supplies and cleaning dishes and utensils Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service Skills: In this role, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also use your attention to detail to ensure that the lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Your ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently will be essential to the success of the lounge. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage service and ability to speak multiple languages will be beneficial in providing a personalized experience for our guests. Hyde Park Hospitality
