Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Managing Reservations: Manage Resy OS. Handle incoming phone calls and reservations, confirm existing bookings, and make necessary adjustments.
• Managing Waitlist: Effectively manage the waitlist, communicating wait times accurately and efficiently.
• Seating Guests: Direct guests to their tables, ensuring efficient and organized seating arrangements.
• Ensuring a Positive Experience: Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally, contributing to a positive dining experience.
• Distributing Menus: Provide menus to guests upon being seated.
• Coordination: coordinate with other staff members (servers, bartenders, etc.) to ensure a smooth flow of service - timing/pacing of guests and bussing cups and glasses to quickly turn tables
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables, bar, and lounge areas are clean and ready for guests.
• Other Duties: handle to-go orders or other duties as assigned.
