We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
