Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Employment Type:

• Eval-to-Hire, with the potential to transition into a full-time role with great benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Clean Thoroughly : Perform detailed cleaning of units, laundry rooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces meet high cleanliness standards.
• Trash Removal : Handle the collection and disposal of trash from various areas.
• Meet High Standards : Ensure that each unit is cleaned and ready for occupancy within the designated time.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Experience Required : Prior housekeeping experience is essential.
• Deep Cleaning Expertise : Ability to deep clean and prepare units for new tenants.
• Attention to Detail : A strong eye for cleanliness and organization is key.
• Efficiency : Ability to work quickly and meet daily goals without compromising quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Equipment Use : Must be able to use vacuums, mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment.
• Physical Stamina : This role requires standing, lifting, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.
