Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

3-4 days from Office in a week and remote for rest of the day.

About the Role:

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires.
    • Ensure timely and accurate background checks, pre-employment screenings and schedule relevant onboarding schedules to all involved parties.
  2. Employee Onboarding:
    • Facilitate end to end onboarding process including account setup and equipment, creating employee records, preparing welcome materials etc., for new joinees, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork and receive orientation about company policies and benefits.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the team and provide ongoing support during onboarding period.
  3. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc.).
    • Assist with Benefits enrollment and process enrollment forms and maintain benefits record
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.
    • Review Benefits billing statements to ensure premiums and contributions are accurate and also coordinate payments with finance team.
  4. Training & Development:
    • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
    • Assist in tracking employee participation and progress in training and development programs and initiatives.
  5. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, both electronic and paper files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Update employee information (e.g., address changes, promotions, job titles) in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  6. Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in preparing reports on various HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, training effectiveness).
    • Help with audits and respond to internal or external inquiries regarding HR records.
  7. General HR Support:
    • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including handling employee queries, preparing documentation for disciplinary actions, and maintaining confidentiality.
    • Coordinate employee events, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.
    • Assist with exit interviews and the offboarding process for departing employees.
  8. Other Administrative Duties:
    • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed, including preparing communications, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR projects.

Who you are:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR - hands-on experience with at least 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRIS systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Light lifting (e.g., office supplies, files).
Work Environment:

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime Hiring:

Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $50,000 to $60,000 USD. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
