ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an HRIS Analyst to oversee the management and optimization of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and lead data analytics initiatives within the HR department. This role will ensure the HRIS is effectively utilized to support HR operations, drive strategic decision-making, and generate actionable insights through data analysis. The HRIS Administrator will provide training to staff, oversee daily workflows, and serve as the HRIS subject matter expert (SME).

Oversee and maintain the HRIS, ensuring its optimal function through customization, maintenance, and upgrades.
Train HR staff on the HRIS, ensuring smooth operations across HR, payroll, and related functions.
Manage system permissions, access, and provide technical support to HRIS users.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to drive continuous improvements and ensure system compliance with industry standards.
Create and manage HRIS dashboards, compile complex data reports, and assist in cost analysis for HR initiatives.
Coordinate with leadership to identify system enhancements, support HRIS testing, and resolve issues or process flaws.
Maintain data integrity by running queries, analyzing results, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
7+ years of progressively responsible HRIS and data analytics experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with FLSA and other relevant employment laws.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and experience with HR software integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to manage complex data and workflows.
