Eagle Pipe Heating & Air of Poulsbo, WA is looking to hire an
entry-level full-time HVAC Apprentice to assist our experienced HVAC technicians while learning the trade
. This position does require some travel. We service the following areas: Kitsap County, Jefferson County, Snohomish County, and across the ferry to King County. Are you mechanically-inclined? Are you interested in

The typical schedule for this position is
7 am-4 pm with a half-hour lunch break . As an entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you will earn a competitive starting wage of
$20-$25/hr , depending on experience. We also offer

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC APPRENTICE As an HVAC Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Eagle Pipe Heating & Air. You go out in the field with HVAC Technicians and help in all aspects of installation and service. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service equipment. You also clean and organize vehicles to ensure efficiency at each job site.
You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. By attending training seminars and classes you are able to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. It is exciting to be part of our apprenticeship program and you can't wait to advance in this stable and well-paid career as an HVAC Technician!
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN HVAC TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- No experience necessary!
