Position Summary:
The Instructional Design Lead combines leadership, creativity and technical expertise in creating impactful learning experiences for our employees. The Instructional Design Lead collaborates with subject matter experts to develop learning modules and assessments, ensuring quality and effective learning outcomes, as well as provides guidance and mentorship to the Instructional Design team and continuously seeks to improve the design process.
