Participate in client meetings to provide updates and strategic counsel on patent matters. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in patent prosecution. Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer sciences. Very strong academic record demonstrating technical and legal proficiency. Admittance to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred. Proven enthusiasm, dedication, and potential for growth within the firm. Education: Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer sciences. Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school (required for USPTO admission). Certifications: Admittance to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.
