About the job:-

We're looking for an Jr. Escrow Officer to help us as we improve the process of buying and selling homes. This position will help our teamwork with real estate agents, mortgage lenders and customers who are buying and selling their homes. You will help people through the most important transaction of their lives.

This is a full-time work from home (WFH) position that can grow significantly with the company. We're looking for someone who is:

Organized and Detail Oriented: Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time and extremely detail orientated with strong time management skills. You'll be working on many projects at once and need to be able to juggle them all.

Service-Oriented: Customer service is our number one priority and you're comfortable talking with people about their questions and helping them understand the ins and outs of the home buying and selling experience.

Adaptable: Someone who is comfortable in fast-paced, technology-centric environment, can learn quickly and work independently.

Career Growth: 70%+ of Escrow Agents are expected to retire in the next 10 years and this position is the start to a successful career in the real estate and titIe industry.

Job Description:-

• Manage multiple transactions to ensure closing occurs smoothly and on time

• You will balance, fund and prepare closings for our customers

• You will manage communications with customers and lenders as needed

• Help clear title issues associated with closings

• Work with our assistants to ensure all the pieces are ready to go

• Communicate with buyers, sellers and agents throughout the process to keep them up to date on what's happening

• This is a great position for experienced Escrow Officers looking for a better environment or Escrow Assistants that have been fulfilling that role already

• You will not be required to "sell" or build business and do not need to bring a book of business with you.

• Help identify ways to streamline the process and provide better customer service

Job Requirements:-

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required

• Escrow Officer License required, you MUST have previous experience in Escrow/Title

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Apps

• Detail oriented and strong multi-tasker

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Spanish speaker a strong plus

• Must pass a background check
