Job Description

*Lead Occupational Therapist– Early Intervention*

We’re looking for a *Lead Occupational Therapist* to help us build something big—a team that delivers exceptional early intervention services to help kids and their families succeed. You’ll be working with families, guiding a talented team, and shaping how we deliver innovative, results-driven therapy to the kids who need it most.

*Here’s What You’ll Get with Us:*
* *Mentorship:* From experienced therapists working in the same settings and with the same populations as you. Real-world advice, not theory.
* *Flexible Schedule:* Make your own weekly schedule between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday - Friday
* *Caseload: *Small clinical caseload to focus on administrative tasks.
* *Full Time Salaried:* $95,000 *(W2)*
* *Benefits:* Paid medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, PTO, company holidays, and so much more!!
* *Client Service Team:* Trained to understand exactly what it’s like in the field with full support.
* *Top-Notch Training Team, Quick Communication*
* *Weather Flexibility:* Reschedule when emergencies hit. No stress.
* *Community Events:* Learn new skills and grow professionally while connecting with other clinicians.
* *Team Events:* You might practice independently, but you’ll never feel alone. Trusted clinicians are always around to help with tough cases.
* *CEU Reimbursement:* For full-time providers. Invest in your growth, and we’ll support you.
* *Tailored Learning:* Internal training built on trends and knowledge gaps reported by our own clinicians.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Lead with vision:* Oversee a team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and early childhood educators to ensure every family gets world-class care. You’ll set the tone, mentor your team, and bring out the best in everyone.
* *Hands-on impact:* Provide direct therapy to help kids (birth to age 5) and support their families. This is where the magic happens—helping kids and their families thrive.
* *Raise the bar:* Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and practices. We want the best outcomes, so we need the best approaches. Think outside the box to really identify how you can modify a family or school’s currently existing routines to meet your goals.
* *Collaborate like a pro:* Work with other specialists, families, and caregivers to create a seamless and holistic approach to care. You know how to connect, motivate, and inspire—whether it’s with your team, a family, or a toddler trying to conquer fine motor skills.
* *Empower families:* Teach parents and caregivers how to support their child’s progress at home. You’ll be their guide and their biggest cheerleader.

*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in *Occupational Therapy*, with a license to practice.
* Practicing for at least 5 years and been working within early intervention or pediatric settings for at least 3 of those 5 years.
* A deep understanding of early childhood development, especially appropriate developmental milestones—and just as importantly, what’s not appropriate.
* You’ve got a passion for early intervention and understand the critical role communication plays in a child’s development as evidenced by at least three years working with children ages 0-5.

We’re here to make sure you have the tools, resources, and support to succeed. You’ll feel empowered, not overwhelmed. So, if you’re ready for a role where you can focus on doing what you love while we handle the rest, this is your moment.

*Apply now, and let’s make a real impact!!*

*Physical Demands*
Employee should be able to transfer children, transport children and perform treatment on the floor or a mat. Employees should be knowledgeable in exercise, proper handling of infants, and good body mechanics during patient treatment.
