Job Description

We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer to join a fast-growing, AI-driven startup. If you have a strong background in product design, experience with complex workflows, and a passion for shaping intuitive user experiences, this is an exciting opportunity. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team, contributing to the evolution of a powerful data platform used by industry leaders.

The Role:

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of core product features, designing solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, improve usability, and push the boundaries of design within a data-rich environment.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring 3-4 days onsite per week. Relocation support is available.

About You:

• You have 5-7 years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy solving complex UX challenges.
• You are passionate about AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality craft and end-to-end product thinking.
• You’re comfortable working with web applications and designing for complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of key product areas, focusing on evaluation and tracking features.
• Work on a data-heavy web application, improving user workflows and interface clarity.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and leadership to refine and execute the product vision.
• Contribute to scalability and usability improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Influence and uphold high design standards within a small but talented design team.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS web applications.
• Expertise in designing complex, data-rich interfaces.
• Experience with AI-driven platforms, CRMs, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $190K–$220K base + top-tier equity package.
