LEASE OWNER OPERATOR TRUCK DRIVER. We do have company driving positions as well only for flatbed drivers!

We’re offering an exciting **Lease-to-Own Truck Driving Position** that puts you in the driver's seat of your future!

After being accepted you will need to come to our office to complete the setup process. We will provide you with a plane ticket, driver will pick you up from the airport and bring you to our office for couple of hours orientation and you will be put under dispatch the very same day. You hit the road from there and go home with the truck for your days off.

LEASE TO OWN POSITION

• GET PAID: 75/77% or 88% of the gross revenue( if you go with 75% from the gross revenue in the 25% that we keep you have included: trailer rent (REEFER), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service. If you go with the 77% you have included: trailer rent (DRY VAN OR FLATBED), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service.
• If you choose the 88% from the gross revenue plan in the 12% that we keep it is only the dispatch fee included and you pay for the other services separately

This is the price of the services separately if you decide to go with the 88% of the gross revenue where you have only the dispatch fee included (we have only new trailers):

Reefer- 400$ weekly
Dry Van- 275$ weekly
Cargo Liability insurance - 300$ value weekly
ELD Service- 15$ weekly

Your additional costs would be:
2500$ Escrow that can be deducted with 100$ from your weekly check. That money will be under your name (basically like your own savings) and you will take them back once you leave the company within an additional 45 days and everything is fine.
160$-200$ Physical insurance for the truck

65$ Registration and HWY taxes weekly
45$ Occ insurance weekly
100$ Trailer maintenance weekly

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 2 years of OTR or Regional truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record with clean previous employment verification answers (no truck abandoned history or major accident at your fault)
• ELD knowledge
• Current DOT Physical
• NO DRUG TEST FAILED
• Must be at least 23 years of age

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial truck safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, reporting any issues or delays promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries and address any challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per week
