Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our efforts and help us reach new heights.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks, including campaign execution, market research, content creation, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Help create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics and materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining the marketing budget and tracking expenses.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships included).
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn about marketing metrics and tools.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
