We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for our client who specializes in Plumbing, Hydronics, HVAC, Refrigeration & Sheet metal ICI Construction.

Previous ICI Mechanical experience is mandatory. (NXT)

JOB SUMMARY

Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with our Sr. Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and supplier schedules. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Manager's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage duties on multiple projects at once.
• Maintain and submit project documentation and correspondence, not limited to shop drawings, purchase orders, construction drawings.
• Prepare workflow by gathering information and setting timelines.
• Identify and resolve project discrepancies.
• Prepare project cost/efficiency reports.
• Maintains professionalism and interact with customers.
• Site visits as needed to ensure project success. Generally all projects are within 20-30 mins of the office.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years Mechanical ICI project coordinating or management experience
• Ability to read mechanical plans and guide specs
• Understanding of mechanical equipment systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new software programs

Job Type : Full-time in office

Pay : $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
