We're seeking a Music Production Guide for a part-time role at Moonrise. Learning Guides are like personal trainers for the mind. They get to know our Risers (kids 5 to 12 years old), guide their learning, and help them work through projects and challenges. The most important role of a Guide is to engage with our Risers and get to know them as unique individuals.

We're looking for a Music Production Guide who:

• Gains energy working with kids.
• Is warm, positive, energetic, and friendly.
• Has deep expertise in music production.
• Has experience teaching others how to produce music and use relevant tools.
• Has or will develop music production course content.
• Prefers hands-on teaching and learning to tests and lectures.
• Is professional, responsible, and timely.
• Has experience communicating with parents.
• Wants to contribute to a greater purpose and mission.
• Takes kids seriously.

Schedule and compensation:

• 1-3 hours per day, 1-2 days per week.
• Opportunity to increase time commitment and compensation with strong performance.
• Timing is flexible – let us know what works best for you.
• Pay is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
• Strong preference for applicants who have prior experience working with kids.
• Background check required.
