About the Role As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the NetSuite ERP system to meet the unique financial and operational needs of the healthcare sector. You will work closely with both Accounting and Finance teams, ensuring that the ERP system enhances workflows, compliance, and reporting.
What You Will Do: - Lead the administration of the NetSuite system, overseeing customization, configuration, and daily operations tailored to healthcare needs.
- Design, develop, and manage dashboards, reports, and saved searches to provide valuable insights to financial and operational teams.
- Collaborate with IT and leadership to ensure NetSuite functionality aligns with broader organizational goals.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to industry standards, including HIPAA and SOX.
- Manage system upgrades and implement new NetSuite modules designed for healthcare.
- Oversee integration efforts with other healthcare software systems, such as EMR/EHR, payroll, and procurement platforms.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users across departments, including Accounting, Finance, and others.
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to optimize processes related to billing, revenue recognition, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions in critical healthcare operations.
What You Will Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems in the healthcare space.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator or ERP Consultant) are a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteBilling (NSPB) or similar billing platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific financial processes, including patient billing, reimbursements, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience managing integrations between NetSuite and other healthcare systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, is highly desirable.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows within NetSuite
