Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive NetSuite Administrator to support the implementation of a new NetSuite ERP environment that is currently ongoing, as well as to manage and optimize the system post-implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure the system operates efficiently to support key business processes, maintain data integrity, and provide user support and training. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and data management Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, sales, and operations Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Duties: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite Oversee system configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements Implement and tailor NetSuite modules, workflows, and scripts to meet organizational needs Develop and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and dashboards Effectively meet key performance metrics Schedule/Location: Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Remote - NV B enefits Offered: Remote work opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Internet Stipend for remote workers And much more!
