The RN House Supervisor will be instrumental in managing staffing and coordinating between medical staff, ensuring that quality patient care is maintained through effective oversight of total patient care services during assigned shifts. This role also involves upholding established policies, and procedures, and maintaining environmental and infection control standards.
The RN House Supervisor will report directly to the CEO and CFO, facilitating smooth operational flow and collaborating closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective management and delivery of care.
As the BSN educated Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, managing both the clinic and nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of obstetric care. This role provides ample resources dedicated to excellence in patient care and offers an opportunity to influence departmental quality performance and risk management programs. You will work closely with the Manager of Quality to set clear performance expectations and address any performance issues, as well as help develop and maintain the departmental budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
