Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, performing clerical duties, and maintaining organized office systems to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide customer service by greeting visitors and assisting with requests
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Support other administrative staff with projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
