My client is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their facility. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing production, maintenance, logistics, and NPD efforts. You will be accountable for the facility's financial performance, cost management, and the execution to improve efficiency, and profitability. Apply to join an amazing team today Description Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics. Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to achieve financial goals and drive profitability. Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance plant performance and operational results. Develop, mentor, and lead teams to foster a high-performance culture and identify future leaders. Resolve operational, quality, and maintenance challenges to prevent delays and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and champion a safety-first culture across the facility. Drive productivity, capacity utilization, and efficiency improvements, including the management of outside processing. Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent management experience (minimum of 5 years in manufacturing leadership). Strong experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization. Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to drive results through influence and collaboration. Experience in managing large teams, developing leaders, and creating a high-performance culture. Ability to manage complexity and change, with a demonstrated track record of operational success. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
