Healthcare Staffing Professionals, HSP is looking for Primary Care Physicians that are committed to providing quality care to historically underserved patient populations throughout the San Fernando Valley Communities. The position is a full-time and permanent position with excellent benefits.
Compensation : $250,000 Annual Salary plus bonuses
Locations : Servicing two locations in the San Fernando Valley
Schedule :

• Full Time
• M-F
• On Call once every 6-8 Weeks on a rotating schedule

Essential Job functions :

• Provides primary care treatment in accordance with standard medical practice protocols.
• Records medical history and provides physical examinations and follow-up care.
• Works well with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on-site training available.
• Provides individual patient instruction in accordance to prescribe treatment plan.
• Prescribes appropriate medication to patients as needed according to medical protocols and standard medical practice.
• Identifies psychological and emotional problems/issues and refers to appropriate resources.
• Adheres to Quality Improvement guidelines and participates in Quality Improvement programs for chronic diseases.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current License/DEA in the State of California (Board Certification required)
• Have a valid NPI
• Must relate well to all cultural and ethnic groups in the community
• Ability to be flexible

Desired Qualifications :

• Medi-Cal Provider, already enrolled.
• Bilingual Spanish, Armenian or other LA County Thresholds Languages.
