Description The part-time Proctor is responsible for monitoring students during exams throughout the academic semester. This is an on-call assignment, and proctors will receive at least two weeks' notice before an upcoming assignment. Additionally, the part-time Proctor will be trained to use the university's computer grading system for exams. Position Duties Administering exams and monitoring students during testing. Assist with administrative tasks, program events, or exams for another department within the College of Health Professions. Understand and follow instructions; If necessary, contact an administrative staff member or faculty member before the day of the event or exam to ensure a smooth process and maintain the department's highest standards of professionalism. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time. Position Qualifications Must be time flexible, reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions. Must be comfortable with computers. Work Hours Exact hours to be determined with supervisor; generally up to 20 hours per week. Pace University
