Our work focuses on navigating the healthcare system, understanding health rights, and providing enhanced case management to address the barriers people face in accessing care and making informed health decisions.Scope of Work:Curriculum Design and Development:Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment with Radical Health stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.Module Creation: Develop a series of educational modules with a focus on:Mental Health: Addressing mental health stigma, promoting understanding of emotional well-being, and offering community-based mental health support strategies.Drug Use: Exploring harm reduction strategies, understanding the impact of drug criminalization, and offering non-judgmental support and resources.Healthcare Navigation: Educating participants on their healthcare rights, accessing healthcare services, and managing care coordination and health literacy.Restorative Justice Integration: Ensure each module is built around restorative justice principles, incorporating relationship-building, conflict resolution, and healing-focused practices.Content Development: Design engaging, learner-centric instructional materials, including:PowerPoint slides and visual aids for each module.Participant handouts and facilitator guides.Scenarios, role-plays, and interactive case studies.Hybrid Learning Platform Integration:Create content for both in-person and online delivery, ensuring flexibility for hybrid learning environments.Upload and organize the curriculum content on Radical Healths designated online teaching platform (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, or similar).Design an intuitive user experience for navigating the online modules.Content Review and Iteration:Collaborate with Radical Healths team to review and refine the curriculum.Implement feedback from pilot participants and internal reviews to enhance content quality and effectiveness.Evaluation and Assessment:Develop pre- and post-assessment tools to measure learning outcomes.Create feedback forms and mechanisms to capture participant insights and satisfaction.Provide a summary report on the curriculum's effectiveness, participant engagement, and recommendations for improvement. Deliverables:A complete set of educational modules (minimum of three distinct modules) designed for hybrid delivery.Accompanying PowerPoint slides, visual materials, and interactive content for each module.Facilitator guides and learner handouts.Curriculum uploaded and organized on Radical Healths designated online teaching platform.Pre- and post-assessment tools for evaluating learning outcomes.Final curriculum document including evaluation results and recommendations.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in curriculum design for hybrid and online training programs.Expertise in restorative justice principles and their application to educational content.Familiarity with mental health, drug use, and healthcare navigation topics, particularly within marginalized communities.Proficiency in online teaching platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific) and educational technology.Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to produce culturally sensitive and inclusive training materials.Proposal Submission Requirements:Cover Letter: Introduction and statement of interest.Relevant Experience: Description of past projects, including examples of curriculum development for hybrid/online learning.Budget and Cost Breakdown: Detailed pricing for services, including any additional costs.References: Contact information for at least two professional references.
